which D-1 compares to the J-365?

If you look at the lines, I would say the J365 fits between 2 models . 1 Nautique,, 84x 84. 2. Nautilus 92x 92. Both are very good tubs. Both use the 24/7 circ pump, both have ozone. The D1 system uses a 3 chamber ozone that does not offgas into the main body of water,, Both have 2 main pumps,2 filters,both with headrests in the corner seats, the D1 are adjustable with neck jets, Jacuuzi spa standard with waterfall, the D1s are optional with the LFX package. Both warranties are about the same,,, Both are very good lines, @ of the first modern spa manufacturers in the industry......

3 chamber ozone? Can you explain this?

On the three chamber, in short for the Ultrapure ozone 3 contact chambers.... basically on the D1 spas They use the Ultrapure Ozone. There is a U.V light to produce the ozone gas , that uses 3 contact seperate contact chambers. it differs from your traditional ozone that gets mixed in right away at the mazzei injector, then makes a straight run into the tub, were they off gas into the tub. once your in the tub. most hot tubs ozone will shut off. with the D1 going through the 3 contqct chambers it gives the ozone more time to sanitize the water, then off gases before it goes into the main body of water, thus it still is running when you are in the hot tub......So with th 24 hour circ pump, with the Vision mineral cartridge will destroy 98 percentof the bacteria, and allows you to go 6 months between drainings....
