It is indeed professional looking.  I'm glad I no longer have to put in my name and info to find the nearest dealer.  The only negative thing, the closest dealer is 120 miles away!

can anyone answer ? on there french pump, they claim it is external cooling , if it is external  cooling how do they use the motor to keep secondary heat in the chamber??

 Don't know, and actually the motor is Italian not French.   ::)

I think they tested a French motor but every time it started to get hot it surrendered.

Glad to see you guys having fun with it. I expected nothing less when I brought up the dreaded "a" word. At least Arctic's elite website is getting lots of clicks! ;D

can you answer why the motor says external cooling , and they suposedly use the motar for secondary heating...just curious, just does not make sense.......
