I wouldn't hold my breath. Unless Master replaced it a model from one of their competitors the consumer is just getting a shinier version of the one that failed IMO. ;D

At least we now know that Master acts quickly when Consumer Carl from the Action News Team is on the case.

$8100 for a spa with a TV not bad :)  I thought the worst part was how they left the sides off. If they couldn't fix the spa on the first visit, I wouldn't let the tech leave without putting the sides back on, especially since the customer ran a day care.  The Techs must have gotten notice of the company going under while they were onsite.

That is why the POS kept breaking. You get what you pay for most of the time.
