Title: Sundance Burlington versus Certa?

First time buyer to be and head is spinning,  My local dealer gave me 3  options   Sundance Certa  $8500 range or Sundance Burlington  $6500 range. Main differance is he said certa has 3 pumps, Burlington only 1.   Are the number of pumps really a big differentitor and is the Certa worth $2k more?  He also mentioned the Tiger Bengal as the $7500 option.  Are HS/Tiger and SD comparable quality?   Any reccomendations?  Thanks for any help!
