Title: Waterway Pump Seals

How hard is it to replace a pump seal? Any good sorce for the seals?

Not difficult at all but the trick is make the seal faces are perfectly clean before reassembly. You should be able to get new seals for any local spa place.

any spa place will have seals or do I have to go to a store that sells my brand?

I broke t he stub off the impeller getting the seal out. So after that it was only about $10 more to just buy the whole wet end.
