Sundance is running ads on Dallas television stations
offering "FREE SPA MAINTENANCE" for a year for new buyers.
What exactly does that mean? Free chems and someone
coming out once a week to do water quality checks? Thats
pretty awesome if true because new owners would love
that!

Not sure what that would entail? Â If Sundance is doing it I wouldn't be surprised that Jacuzzi will also, but I have not heard a thing. Â It would be a cool thing but it could also be a time consuming deal for someone?

Jim....yeah not sure how dealers will handle this
could be a pretty time consuming task.
But if I were a new buyer, you bet this offer could sway me
especially from such a top rated brand.
I wish dealers would offer this service for a fee.
I know most people wouldn't want to spend the change
but for those that do...well it may be worth it.
I know I use my hot tub less because of the "water issues".

Our service tech offers it and has quite a few clients. Not sure the local Sundance dealer will be happy about the promo. One thing about it is if one brand does it others may have to also?
If a customer walks in and ask during the presentation if we offer that service for free as well what do you say, no? Could be a deal breaker if you did.

From the coupon needed to get the free service:
"Dealer determines the combination of product and service for one year’s service. See dealer for details."
The purchase must be made prior to June 1.

It's a typical Sundance type promo. Manufacturer promotes it dealer makes it happen.

Hope they don't talk about how easy it is to maintain the spa at the same time they're selling, "we'll take care of all the hard work for one full year!!" ;D
