Title: QCA Jewel Series Plus 3 Spa Review

Does anyone have a review of QCA Jewel Series Plus 3 spas?  Cost to run in the winter time in the Midwest?  Reliability etc?

I don't think there are too many people all that familiar with QCA.  I'd put them in the lower mid range - but that is just a guess on the little I've seen of them.  No idea on costs.  I don't know enough about their insulation.  There are better quality brands out there.
