Did anyone see a Living Waters Coleman in either LV or AC? What is the status of this brand? Anyone?

I've heard an unconfirmed rumor Living Waters may be trying to sell the name back.  Very unconfirmed though.

I just keep hearing rumors of their demise.  I don't know if it is true or not.  I didn't go to AC this year, so I'm not sure if they were there and I didn't look for them in Vegas.
