Title: Need advice Coleman Maax Spa

Ok, put down a deposit on a Coleman 107 spa.  Big, 89*89 inches, nice spa.  Now the dealer has a 461 Maax spa floor model that he will sell for $5500 same price as the 107.  

Are theraputic spas generally better than  recreational ones?  The 461 is smaller only a 4 seater vs. 7.  Just want a good spa for a rental property.

Although you didn't ask this question - Coleman and Maax are no longer partners. Do a search for the info on this site.

As far as rec vs theraputic ... usually the less money you spend the cheaper spa lesser electronics and/or less features. Other than that quality should be the same for the same manufacturer.
