So I got a card from these guys today in the mail.

I am guessing they set you up with some sort of franchise?? Unless you had every dealer in town on the program it would seem this would fail??
I am sure you would get some business, but the local independent service company's around here have a huge clientele already, and none of the dealers are going to let them deliver there spas for them or do there service work specially warranty stuff. And speaking of warranty or just service, I doubt they have access to Jacuzzi,Sundance or Hotspring parts being most are only available from said manufacturers?? There trained techs are another story.
Thoughts? I called and got a recording just to hear the pitch will see if they call back.

I'll bet you a dollar it is run by ThermoSpa. Their "service tech" probably comes out and is more than happy to upgrade you to one of their spas. Just a hunch.

I was thinking like you Term.
I thought their home address was where Thermo is located.
And if so, you're right on with the suggested "upgrade" as well as
recommending their chemicals are "better".

The card basically say the same as the website, I left a message 4 hours ago and have yet to hear back.

I left 3 messages never heard a peep back. Probably to busy working on spas. Think they will be in Vegas? ;D
So what did they tell you?? I threw the card away that day.

We certainly do work on all brands. We do carry multiple parts on our vans however if there is indeed a part needed that we may not have, we have the means of obtaining it for your spa. Our rates are as follows: $75 dispatch fee, $25 per 1/4 hr with a minimum of a 1/2 hr. Please email me back if you are interested in having us come out to service your spa.

So you think they just call Watkins,Jacuzzi /Sundance up and order the parts direct?? ;D I am sure they could dig up some stuff but the major stuff would be tough to find, unless they bought from a dealer?
