Getting ready to take the plunge for hot tub in a seasonal rental property (winter weekend, summer weekly) in the NE PA. Narrowed it down to the following:
All include lift and steps.
Hot Spot 2008 Mallorea $6595.00
Maxx Coleman 461 Thepapy $5500 floor model.
Coleman 104 basic $4000 floor model
Coleman 107 w/ stereo $6300 floor model
I know for a rental property the 104 is probably the way to go, but the 461 seems like the best deal...
Any advice??
Thanks

Being it's a short term rental property - and not for your use - I would recommend the basic.
Primary reason being that it is a short term rental - no long term accountablility for users. Aside from being a lesser investment, there will be less to break (or worry about malfunctioning).
The only reason I could see to recommend a more expensive spa to you, would be if you're on the line for a tax write-off.
