I emailed them about getting info on their product but no response. Did not pursue it since they had no interest .

Love the product, I have a PDC spa and my dealer got me on it.  In my old spa I had used Chlorine.  My wife loves the soft water and it smell nice also.  I have got all my freinds switched to it.  I am trying to find their pool puck now.  I would love to use their stuff in my pool also, but my dealer only carrys their spa product.   :)

Can you give me the run down on your weekly chemical routine.

You might want to check the label on the tablets they send out with the Aqua Finesse make sure it doesn't say Trichlor, I ordered one just to see what it was about and they sent Trichlor tabs with it.

My dealer gave my dichlor with mine.  He asked about the tub I had.  What I got from him there is a choice.  I treat mine once a week with 1/2 teaspoon of chlorine and 8oz of Aquafinesse and change out my filter. It is the best tub product we have ever had.  I wish my dealer carried the pool pucks their web site shows they have.

We use Aqua Finesse. Add 380ml once a week. I use small cholrine pucks for stanitizing.

Very nice when you get out of the spa your skin is smooth and does not feel dried out.
