Is anyone familiar with what changes on the control board I need to make to take advantage of running both pumps and the heater at the same time. I already have a 60amp 6-3 service installed, but I believe it is still set with the factory setting of 50amps. BTW, I just bought her used and she is an 06 model if it makes a difference.
Thanx
ps I also plan to add an aftermarket Ozonator (cd) style, any recomendations?

You can download the 2006 owners manual online. It is a very simple change. If you can't find the manual then JJ can talk you through it. I have mine wired for 60 amp service and it is great.

Thanx, I have already emailed JJ.
I do have the manual, but all it says is the dealer needs to make the circuit board change.
Thank you

I went thru the same thing when I bought my J-350. Right from the very start It was supposed to have the jumpers set for 60 AMP. It was even on my sales contract.
When it was delivered, I questioned the installer and he said it was shipped from the factory with the 60 AMP settings.
Well... it wasn't !
I was going crazy trying to figure out why my pumps and heater woul dnot all run at the same time. I finally realized it was because the jumper pins were not properly configured.
I spoke to the manager of the local dealer, and he gave me a copy of the SERVICE manual page showing what the jumper placement was supposed to be.
Once I had the info... it took 10 minutes to open the tub up and change the pins and close it back up.
But you are right, the Owners manual does NOT tell you how to change the jumper pins or where they should be. You need the SERVICE Manual to show you.
I'm sure one of the professionals here on the board can tell you what you need to do.

My jumper configurations are displayed on the inside of the circuit board panel door. I believe to go from 50A to 60A, all you have to do is put the jumper thats in the #5 position in to the #7 position. Once the rain pases, I'll go check. Hopefully it's the same for the 400 series.

On page 49 of my 2008 J-470 owners manual it has a diagram that shows the jumper is moved from JP9-11 to JP9-7. Always remove power to spa before making jumper changes on the circuit board.
Hope that helps,

Also you can use the jumper off JP9-1 as it is unused.

For the Sundance 880 and 850 series (LCD) which has the same controller as the Jacuzzi 400 series, place a jumper on JP9 #7 located 3/4 of the way down on the left side of the control board to enable 60 amp logic. This info comes from my dealers web site.
The 700 series (LED) control board is changed with a different jumper.

Ok, I just looked at the PDF for the 2007 model (mine is 2006) and it does show the pin configuration. I assume it would be the same for the 2006, but we all know what happens when we assUme So, does anyone know for sure that it is the same?
It looks like I move JP9-11 to JP9-7 and leaveJP9-9 in place
Is that correct?
Thanx for all your help

Give it a try, but make sure to cut power to the tub before you do it.
