Will be going on outside deck on the north east side of our house and will be shaded from direct sun on the west by covered porch with deck. We put an 11 ft square extension to our existing deck. Should I center it? The tub is coming with a small set of steps and manual cover lifter, and initial chemicals. Anything else I should be thinking about purchasing now? Thank you for all your help.

You might want an extra set of filter's, and a robe the cooler evenings are approaching us quickly.

My J-365 is coming next Monday. I can't wait!
We added a 12x12 extension to our deck. I doubt that we will center the tub on the extension as I want the extra space to be useable. I play to put a bin to hold the chemicals on the extension as well as a couple fo chairs for people to sit on that want to talk but don't wish to be in the spa.
But if you are merely going for looks, the spa would probably look best centered on the deck.

Make sure to leave room so you can walk all the way around the tub. My deck space didn't allow that and it's a pain.

HAve you been able to get work done with all the rain this week?
-
It rained quite a bit, but deck did get done. We are doing a big addition to house, nothing much got done on it until today. Tub is definitely coming Saturday. Electrician has been working on new construction and will get it wired on Monday, so soon will be soaking!
Chad, I am a Card fan and went to school a very long time ago at Mizzou. Even had a child in Columbia, but I saw the error of my ways. Go Illini!
