Title: Does this seem like a good place for a hot tub?

So much stupidity, so little time to point it all out.  Where would you even start?  
 For one, assuming nobody ever falls over the side, and the platform doesn't come crashing down some day, good luck getting a service tech up there.
  Building Permits?  We don't need no stinking permits.

It's stuff like this that proves the need for them, that's for sure.
