Post by: solo on August 31, 2007, 07:30:37 pm
I want a 5-6 seater.

I want a continuous circulation pump.

I want 2 pumps.

I want a cover with opener.

Must have jets good for hydrotherapy.

What makes and models would you suggest?

Try taking a look at the Tiger River Caspian.  Tiger River is made by Hot Spring and pretty much meets what you are looking for.  I'm sure you'll get plenty of other suggestions as well.

Most major brands are safe bets and will have something to offer in the range you are looking for.

Some of those brands are:  Sundance, Jacuzzi, Marquis, Caldera, et. al.

Good luck in the search and come back often with questions.

Take a look at the Sundance Hawthorne or Hartford. With a circ. pumkp and lifter you should be still less than $7k depending on your market.

Funny you mention this brand.  I just found them yesterday.  I will be going to look at the Tiger River Caspian as well as theTiger River Bengal.  Thanks!

Take a long look at the 107 California Cooperage, it fits your requirements to a tee.  See you nearest Coleman Spas dealer for a closer look......Good Luck....Tom

Solo,

In your other thread on Bullfrog pricing you asked about the 562, If you are looking for a lower priced tub you should look at Bullfrogs Tadpole line up, manly the 362 model.  It would meet all of your wants on your list

if you would like to cir for 24 hrs.....it can be set for that.  but the filtration cycles are fine for maintaining crystal clear water.....

I'm not questioning filtration, either work fine. He listed a circ pump as a "want" and I wasn't sure that had one. Maybe he's looking for 24-hr ozone.

We bought a Jacuzzi J-345 with all the features you listed and it was delivered with tax for $6900 even. Great style, powerful jets, 2 pumps, circulation pump with ozone, very happy with it so far.

Take a look at the Caldera Moorea or the Martinique. I went with the Martinique. I actually paid $4300 for it but it sales for $7000. I had a store about 200 miles from my house that was liquidating all of there inventory because they were moving their store to another town.

Are you looking for a tub with a lounger?

I would look at the LA Spa Line.  We have had ours for 2 years and are very happy with it.

Saving $2700 will cover a lot, but how is warranty service being handled?

How did you hear about the deal, 200 miles from home?
