Title: I might be to small...

I am gettting ready to lay my pavers for for my patio and I have laid 3/4 inch eletrical pipe for my future spa. Is that going to be big enough for 220? My brother was over giving me crap telling me it was to small, is he just messing with me or do I have to pull it out and make it 1"?

I would agree with your brother if you have even one 90 (elbow) in the run.  You may get by with lube in the conduit as your pulling but be prepared to pull the wire with a car bumper . :o  I know this is not what you wanted to hear but 3/4" is just not that big, unless your using unshielded wire.
