dang! So many questions...

Are they in a hot tub or something else?
If its not a hot tub, where did the water come from and how is it kept hot?
Are they on the edge of a cliff, the back ramp of a transport plane or something else?
How did they all get there?
Most importantly, why is there only one alcoholic beverage in the picture?
