In Hot Water Over Hot Tub Incident
(May 18, 2007) - Guelph, Ontario, Canada
A Guelph man got a weird wake-up call around 3:30 a.m. Thursday
when he
saw two strangers basking in his back yard hot tub.
When police arrived at the man's Kortright Road East home, the two hot
tubbers fled the scene.
One of the two men was found later during a traffic stop on Robin Road, a
police news release said. He was initially charged with two counts of breach
of recognizance and impaired driving. The impaired driving charge was later
dropped and the man was given a 12-hour licence suspension.
A 23-year-old Guelph man was scheduled to appear in bail court yesterday
on the two counts of breach of recognizance.
