But why do you need to keep the spa cover off for 2 hours when you shock?
Thanks everyone, you gave me lots of good ideas. Â Why keep the cover off for 2 hours after shocking? Â Well, I don't know but that is what the instructions say. Â It has something to do with not allowing the smell to stay in the water. Â I guess I can try a shorter time and see if it smells any different.
