I have a 2003 Optima I went to use it and the pannel was locked. It locked up all by its self and will not unlock. I have tried turning off the braker to see if it would reset but it won't. Has any one else ever had a problem with the control pannel locking on it own.

Press DISPLAY, MODE and DOWN within 5 seconds to unlock panel.

Try shutting down for at least 30 minutes and turning back on.

Greetings
Sundance incorporated a fail safe system into the logic so it will lock itself out if it is not getting enough power to it. Your tub may only be getting 120 volts at the main power hook up terminals. This can be caused by a variety of things including but not limited to a breaker malfunction, a fused disconnect in the main wiring to the hot tub and one fuse has blown or even faulty wiring. If you don't understand electrical respect have an electrician check it out. Good luck!

Well the problem turned out to be a bad wire on the borad. The tech changed the connection and the spa runs fine.
