We are now the proud owners of a brand new Caspian!

Thanks for all the help during the last leg of our search -- and I'm sure I'l have even more pesky questions once the spa is delivered!

(Off to clear 2 1/2 feet of snow so the dealer can look at our proposed site.)

Too bad. You should have gotten it before all of the snow that way you can be kicked back in the wet stuff drinking margaritta's watching the snow fall. Well I live in south Louisiana, I wouldn't know anything about watching snow fall. But we did have snow back in 2000 on new years eve. like a 1/2 inch. That was cool!

Heeeeeee! The spa is being delivered at 2:00 today! Can Not Wait!  We cleared about three feet of snow and the electrician came out yesterday and got his stuff all set up.

Had to move a washtub full of frozen dirt to make room. It typically has flowers in it in the summer. Poor hubby -- he really NEEDS the spa now!

Duck -- I was working for TUTS in Houston years ago. And someone SAW a snowflake over the freeway. The town shut down. Shows were cancelled. It was a trip.

We got the gray cabinet and the inside is pearl .... unfortunately the guys that delivered the spa put a huge gouge in both.

A cabinet gouge I could see, but how could they have damaged the shell???? Ouch. What are you going to do? So sorry. I had a bit of cabinet damage on delivery- a cedar door was cracked, but it was easily replaced with a new one.

I'm not sure how it happened. There was a tight corner .... um ... guess they skidded the entire side against something. That's what it looks like.

I don't know what we're gonna do. The Hot Springs manager is coming out to take a look after the store closes today.

We haven't turned it on or anything. I'm just kinda shocked.

That happens sometimes with deliveries, unfortunately. I'm not making excuses, just stating facts. Though I haven't seen it, if it's about what I'd suspect it looks like they should be able to fix it to where it isn't even noticeable (and it certainly carries no long term issue) but that's between you and them.
