I would assume he will show. There is a possibility of trouble connecting to the spa pack. You / he wouldn't want rain pouring into it. Maybe you can rig some sort of shelter to keep that are dry. If you have one of those pop-up sun shades that would work great keeping that area dry so you can get your tub juiced.......

good luck

Some do and some don't.
As long as it's not a thunderstorm and/or pouring, I think your chances of installation will be high. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Can't wait for some pics!

Good luck,

Chad

I have to agree with Chad, along as there is no lightning.  If you check my website, I did my hook up in the rain at midnight, so I could get it heating.    I am not an electrician, but I do have a degree in electronics that gives me some knowledge of electrical safety.  I had an electrician add the required breakers to my main box, hook up the cable, and run it to the spot in my basement where I could take it outside. (The breaker was left off)  I mounted the GFI box prior to the tubs arrival and had the cabling ready for the tub.  I brought the main cable to the GFI box (main breaker still off) and connected it.  Once the tub arrived I hooked up the tub in the rain (totally dead wiring electrically) Once it was all hooked up I wiped things off, went inside turned on the main breaker, still no power to the tub (with my wife holding an umbrella over my head, measured the power coming in, threw the GFI breaker, and the tub came to life.  As long as its not a hard driving rain in an area with no cover, it can be done safely.

Are Electricians Like Cats?

Well my electrician did poop in my shoes one time, and he can't seem to stop clawing at the sofa. Maybe I should finally pay him? It's been 2 years now.

Maybe I should just get him "fixed" maybe that will settle him down some?

My electrician worked in the cold and the dark, but then again he is a friend and didn't charge me a dime.  I guess you get what you paid for...  or something like that.   ;D

My cat goes out in the rain, even rools in the dirt, and just comes in and rubs all over my legs. For a cat, he has no self respect.
