Yesterday my sister visited with her kids. The kids (11 and couldn't wait to hit the tub because they just can't get over being outside in the cold (it was 28 degrees) in a tub of hot water..They had a blast and I really felt good watching them enjoy splashing around.
When they got done, I coaxed my sister to go out and relax by herself. She has had problems with her back and arm since a bad rear-end auto accident several years ago...I think the cold weather makes her worse; she wasn't having a good day. Anyway, I don't know that I have ever seen anyone enjoy a tub of hot water as much as she did. She was in for about an hour, trying each seat and really enjoying the therapy and relief from pain. I wish I could afford to buy her a tub of her own...And I wish she lived closer to take advantage of my tub more often...To top  off her great soak, she was watching my birds at the feeders on my deck when she noticed a huge shadow soaring above her. ..She had a real bonus with her soak..it was an Eagle!

That's GREAT!!

It's nice when people really enjoy the tub. My youngest used to have kids come over and they used the tub as a hot pool. My sister in law has a bone problem and the tub is always there for her, but like your sister she doesn't live close enough to be able to use it as relief.

This weekend was very nice hot tubbin' weather down here as well.  I even let the little neighborhood children use our spa for half-price:

The one in the middle is Hollypop.  Her momma and I went to school together.  The one on the right is Savannabanana.  The one on the left is Angelycia.  Her family raises pit bulls.
