I am a first time spa owner, I decided on a D1 Diplomat.  I am totally satisfied, I have no regrets.  The insulation seems to be very good as our utility bill has increased only nominally and we are pleased with the ease of care.  We have been proud owners for 8 months.  We paid $8K for the enchilada, cover, steps, ozone, lifter. LED, starter chems.
