Olympic Hot Tub Company Finishes First in Sales in the U.S. for Hot Springs SpasSeattle, WA (OPENPRESS) January 18, 2007 -- Olympic Hot Tub Company
Co-Owner Alice Cunningham accepted the Territory Dealer of the Year award
for 2006 by Watkins Manufacturing as a result of concluding 2006 in the
#1
spot for sales of Hot Spring Spas in the United States.
Watkins Manufacturing is the manufacturer of Hot Spring Spas, which Olympic
Hot Tub Company sells exclusively through its five-store chain of showrooms in
Seattle, Issaquah, Fife, Lacey, and Everett.
Cunningham said that this award is the second highest honor bestowed upon
dealers by the manufacturer. The top honor is the Locksin-Thompson Award,
which Olympic Hot Tub earned in 1989 and again in 2005. 2007 marks the
company’s 30th anniversary of doing business in the Puget Sound region.
Cunningham credits much of her success this year and every year to her "easy
to buy, easy to own, easy to refer" business philosophy. Her commitment and
that of her 45-member team is to earn extraordinary customer satisfaction by
making her products easy to buy, easy to own, and easy to refer. More than 45%
of the company's sales come from the referrals of satisfied customers.
Cunningham makes it easy to buy by
offering free test soaks so customers
can try the hot tub before they buy. Her team also provides complimentary
Perfect Fit backyard consultations to help customers choose the ideal model,
answer questions about installation, and address other important aspects of
hot tub selection.
She has written articles and offered keynote addresses
about this philosophy, which can serve companies of any size or scope that
offer products or services. Visit this link to learn more about it:
