No more Vista?
« on: January 13, 2007, 07:05:23 am »
Stopped by the local HS dealer and was told they are doing away with the Vista. He wasn't sure if they were replacing it.
Anyone else hear this?

I suppose it's the way of the business.....top sellers stay, while others get makeovers and are tried again under a different name.

I have heard nothing.  Just came from 2007 Kick off meeting.  I think they would have said something. :-?

HotSpring is NOT doing away with the Vista. The local dealer may be, but the company is not.

I think you might be confused with the Accolade.  That spa was discontinued.

And replaced with the Aria.  The Aria has already outsold the Accolade.

Nope....I asked about the Vista in particular. I'll be going back with my wife to do some wet testing. He seemed to be swaying us towards the Sundance models.

Well, the Vista is not going to go away any time soon -

If he is steering you toward Sundace, he may mean that they are not going to show the Vista, or he may just be flat wrong...

Yeah Chas he had his finger on the picture of the Vista in the brochure when he said it. If I want a HS or a Sundance I have to use this dealer. They have four stores around Boston.

Check with another salesperson, or one of the owners.  I know the dealership.  Some of their salespeople like Sundance better, some Hot Spring. :)

If he still carries Hot Springs he certainly could still get the spa for you even if it's one he doesn't show on teh floor but you wouldn't be able to wet test it so you might have to go to another dealer to wet test.
