Jacuzzi stand by their warranty
« on: December 25, 2006, 03:26:23 am »
Hi all,
just thought I provide an update regarding an earlier post. Last week I had delivered a new j-365 tub from Jacuzzi. Ends up it had a small crack in the tub (I guess these things happen). The best thing is Jacuzzi are standing by their warranty and giving me a new tub. The dealer crystalview in North Vancouver has also been great.

Anyway, always good to see people back there product and good service from a dealer. Makes me happy to have bought the product from the manufacturer and have the dealer support aswell.
cheers
Rich

Glad to hear it.  This is one of the most important reasons to buy a tub from an established dealer who sells quality products.

That's how it's supposed to go.  Owning a spa should be easy.
