Welcome back Chas

It's nice to read your posts again Chas. This place was kind of empty without you. I hope everything is going well for you now.

Are you still shedding the lbs? You might have to update your Critters picture someday.  :)
2005 Hot Spring Envoy still going strong. Million-Mile Club....

I want to get in the spa business so I can surf the internet and use Photoshop all day long.

Well thanks to one and all.

I have lost a mere 65 pounds so far, and I seem to have hit a plateau. It may be because I'm not walking every day as I should, but it's so chilly!! How do you skinny people stand stuff like SNOW and ICE, I can barely get myself out to walk a few miles when it's in the mid to low fifties!

I have just gotten a doctor's report - all my numbers are 'normal and I no longer have to take any meds for anything.

Oh - and I turned up the temp in my hot tub to 103. Been in that thing most every morning to get 'defrosted' before I go do battle.

Thanks for askin'
