Some can go much longer and some can only make it a year. It's kinda hard to make a statement like this with so many different types of 03 generators on the market today.

My ozonator is almost five years old and still cranking away.  No chip or bulb to replace and nothing to clean.  I've replaced the tubing from the unit to the Mazzei injector and check valves.

But they make MPS with dichlor in it....I think it's called, like, enhanced shock or something.

Enhanced Shock by SpaGuard (BioGuard).  MPS and Dichlor.  Supposed to be a good product.  Of course you could just make your own .

That's what I do, 1TBLS dichlor and 3 TBLS MPS
