I agree with Brewman - this was staged. In fact, the more I look at it, I'm wondering if the "accident" was added to the clip through some digital magic, using something like a video version of Photoshop.

If you watch the extended version, you will see that the Exclusive 100% No-Bypass Filtration had the water crystal clear again in 10 minutes and everyone was able to re-enter the spa and finish the video.  It was a great music video!

 Don't tell me that you're showing this to customers to sell the merits of your filtration system.  There aint enough chlorine or effective enough filtration in the world for that!
 
If it was real, which I don't think it is, and it happened in my spa, I'd think I'd be spa shopping the next day!

The lady on the left is a "consultant" in the spa industry that has the unique talent of being able to....umm.....discharge on cue.  For comparison purposes, we commissioned her to discompoopulate in several brands' top models to gauge (A) the effectiveness of the filtration systems and (B) the ease and rapidity of expedition of fellow guests from the vessel.

If you look into the water under her butt you will see what appears to be a balloon floating in the water. It's a light color patch in the midst of all that brown. Man if that was my tub I'd be furious with my kid ... I probably would let him volunteer at a local pet shelter cleaning the cages! I'd teach him what poop is!!!
