FLO Error

OK, first problem!!!

I went to crank up the heat when I got home from work and I was greeted to a FLO display on my Vita Nuage.  The book says it is a flow error.  I pulled and rinsed both filters which appeared clean as I dumped the water 2 weeks ago and did a dishwather run with them after using the Leisure Time spray cleaner.

No luck, so I left the filter off and tried again, and still had a FLO error.  The jet pumps work fine, but teh circ which I have on 24X7 does not seem to be on and flowing.

I will call the dealer tomorrow, but I woudl like to go in tonight!!

Any ideas??

Turn off the tub, wait about 5 minutes and turn it back on ... maybe the electronics got confused.

I jammed the garden hose in the pipe with a towel wrapped around it and tiny ozone looking bubbles came out of teh filter outlet port.  I am thinking it is a terminal thing for teh Circ pump or the underlying electrics.  I am under warranty, so they will look at it and repair.

Any more ideas, let me know.

THX all!!

You did the right thing.
You've eliminated the likely culprits, filter and airlock, and now it's probably down to a mechanical issue.  On my spa it was a bad circ. pump- falied about a year ago.
Could be anything that is causing the FLO switch to trip.

I am figuring as much.  I called my dealer and he is geting a guy out.  They usually take 1 - 2 days to actually call and show.  I figure that we are looking at a circ pump connection or mechanical problem.

So far no hassle from the dealer.

Total bummer though as I am moving 200 people into a new office on Friday, and I can sure use the spa!!!

THX all,
