Brrrrr.

Thanks - as if it's not chilly enough here - low 70's to upper 80's inland - I have to come here and look at that!

8-)
Hey, I *chose* to move here from Los Angeles a year ago and haven't looked back!  I'll trade some cold temps for the affordable living, cool people, and no traffic any day of the week! :D

Very cool pg. Can I ask how much affordable housing is in CO? I'm getting tired of all that stuff myself myself.................

Well, we bought a brand new house, 2200SF plus a 700SF unfinished basement, three car garage, 7500SF lot, for something like $265k.  Our monthly mortgage is $1575 incliding tax and insurance, property taxes are only a couple hundred bucks a year... it's just plain cheap when compared to California...  not to mention I have my sanity back from not having to deal with the traffic!

I hear you man.  My 80 year old (San Diego) house can almost fit in your basement, and I paid way more than that.

Traffic is not so bad - I manage my office hours in order to miss the worst of it.

BUT, the weather is great and the ocean is 2 blocks away.   ;D
