This nice lady and her friends and family have bought several spas from me.  She's getting ready to buy another Envoy for her son's motorcycle racing headquarters.

Awesome, though....I really enjoy hearing about repeat customers on expensive items. It tells me that you and/or your store are doing something terribly right, and should hoard your secrets carefully or be taken over by the pocket gremlins!

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but wanted to ask Term -- that's not Mary Spies is it?  I ask because I'm a big motorcycle race fan and Ben Spies is a top racer who happens to be from Texas.... :)
