I paid 7300, before tax, for a 1.5 yr old floor model (never had water). I think it's a good price. Mine included delivery, setup, steps, cover & lifter and starter chems.

I paid $8000, we live in the San Francisco Bay Area. New, steps, cover, lifter, startup chemicals, etc, the enchilada.
