What are the best selling colors?
« on: June 14, 2006, 01:11:42 pm »
OK, what are the best selling colors?  Understand different manufacturers call the same colors different names.  For example Hot spring has sterling marble and Jacuzzi call the same color platinum.

#1 for us is white pearl.

We(Sundance) have sold a ton of Platinum the last couple of years, all of a sudden Hot Spring started to sell it this year. And they went to stainless escutchions...........I see a trend ;D
People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness. Just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they've gotten lost.

With the common light packages, I can see where this would be popular.   One of our members in Virginia Beach I think it was, posted some really nice pictures of the pearl shell at night with lights.

Platinum / Gray Synthetic has always been # 1
The new Champagne is now extremely popular
on both Sundance and Jacuzzi.

All I can say is ditto, I always have a platinum spa as a wet demo, and it is an eye catcher. Most customers will go with it when ordering. It's a toss up on skirting though, I've sold just as many with the Autumn Red as I have Driftwood, very few Harvest wheat though.
If you like it and you want it BUY IT!

The HS copper is definitely dramatic, I will have to look at what the Seamist is, is that a textured, or smooth surface?

Copper didn't last long!  Kind of like a copper car, I would imagine.  It did look rather nice with the "expresso" cabinet.

What color ISN'T availalbe with Cal, not to mention the fact they have about 200 different models means the've got about a billion spa possibilities. I can only imagine the guys in the factory "We got an order for a purple XYZ spa. How do we build that one, we haven't had an order for it in 4 months plus they want a couple extra jets and I'm not sure wher to plumb them to...". I've always wondered how they keep things straight with all the models and options and the fact they'll let you customize in any way you want to try to make the sale.

That's exactly what happened to me. My dealer had a Piper in Platinum and I liked it so much I ordered mine in it as well. After ordering it I was afraid it would become an outdated color such as the cranberry swirl color.

I have to say with the stainess rings it does look sharp!
