Good for you Chas.  It's never too late to change.  My sister suffers from the same problem except she does not have your winnng attitude.   That will make all the difference in the world.

I'm fairly new here but while doing a search, I did happen to come across some posts about your condition.  Hope you are up to par quickly.

Wanted to add, also, that I have been trying to lose about 20 pounds and half-way through, reached a plateau.  I've been doing some exercising in the spa (after a round of two of the jet pumps, I turn everything off).  It really seems to be helping me.  Thought you might want to give it a try.
