I just bought a house, and a hydrospa hot tub came with it....no manuel though, not sure of the model. The serial # is 9960310, approx 72" square with a lounger....has Balboa ou hs 50 controller...any help out there.

If you wait somewhere along the Mexican border, a Manuel comes along every hour or so.

Have you checked the company's website?

Hydro Spa internal computor data/info only goes back to 2002....the 99 in the serial number is the year it was built/made...1999, anotherwards they have been of no help.

I didn't go through it all, nor did I see a specific year but this says it has the owners manuals for each spa series that they offer, or have offered:
