Good grief, I surely hope so, with those appendages on the end.

You should always wet test.  Find a dealer you're comfortable with.  Consumer's Digest is bought and paid for as are the spa ratings you run across.  Look for the NSF certification before you buy a spa.  If it doesn't have it, keep shopping.
