I think these are sold at Home Depot (saw some at local HD this weekend).

Thermal wrapped insulation, for what that's worth.

Welcome to the board!  This is a great place for information and I hope you take advantage of it to find the perfect spa for you. :)

Rate this particular brand?  The honest truth:

I would rate just about every other spa above it.

From past service experience, the components used seem to be the absolute least expensive that they could find.  They seem to be built for a low price point.  If you need to buy in that low price point you might be better off buying a previously used spa from your local Marquis, Hot Springs, Sundance, etc. dealer, at least that way you will be able to call the dealer you bought it from when you need service.

Ditto what East TX Spa says.  I think you're going to get what you pay for. Yes, the price will be down and dirty but dealer support will be somewhere between "barely" and "non-existent."  And can you wet-test a tub from Keys?  Strongly urge you, at the very least, take a trip to a dealer and wet-test a tub, any other tub.

I've got to agree with everything said.  However, I have one exception.  These spas are not all that cheap.  There are plenty of quality spas in the price range of these spas that will give you years of enjoyment.  Go to a dealer who sells spas.  You'll be glad you did.

I agree.  For a tad more you can get ALOT more tub and quality.

Run from the Keys as fast as your can!!! ;D

Wet test as many tubs and brands as possible.  You won't be sorry you did in the end.

The ones I saw at local Home Depot were going for $2,999 and $3,499.  Both had lounger and 5/6 seats (midsized tub).  It was probably the Palmas or Paris.

I'm not endorsing these (I bought from local dealer), but I couldn't find anything at local dealers for <$3,500 except for those circular tubs or the thermal pane insulation tubs (which is what you get with Home Depot I think).
