All I know is that some friends had one for a few years. They moved this spring and their spa fell apart in the process. Never got it out of the old property in one piece and its now at the land fill. I don't know the particulars but a 4-5 year old tub couldn't have been used that hard, IMO.

Wow, I need to start looking at the post dates. OK, better question this post is almost 6 years old. Are Dakota Spas still being produced?

If you look at the timeline, maybe Kris is the guy that BK knows that bought one a few years ago that fell apart.   ;D

Dakota spas mfg is no long in buisness  :'( they sold out and then that company sold to another mfg. If you need any help or have any question about them I will be more than happy to help you.
