all over tub covers

Is there a hot tub cover that covers the top and also the whole hot tub area? What i mean is cover the cover and the four sides all the way down to the ground.

We've sold a few this past winter     we order from a company called Hinsperger Poly   based here in Canada I believe they have a distibution centre in NY as well

From the price, I conclude this does not have a built-in thermal cover, but is designed to go over an existing cover and tub sides.

Essentials sells one that covers the entire tub, but the instructions tell you not to put it on a spa that is full and running.  Heat and condensation build-up are concerns.
