Some spas use a mixing chamber with baffles rather than a long length of hose.  There are other CD ozone units that do not use chips.  HotSpring and Sundance/Jacuzzi are two that come to mind.

Thanks Dan.

Do you have any infor and/or thoughts on what the minimum would be for a mixing chamber?  What do other tubs have?
