Why? You won't be able to see much of it, and I doubt you will get as much support from it as you would a simple, cheap slab. Consider colored concrete?

Just a thought. Trying to save you money and work....


 

Inside our wooden form, we will not be using flagstone. The flagstone patio will go only in the visible area of the patio.

Here is my slab and electrical....

Cal Spa w/ Cal Stone is scheduled for delivery/installation tomorrow!

Going to have landscaping and some flagstone
placed for front step and and some flagstone
one on one side for a bench.

Will post more pics once it's in.

I called my electrical friend and he suggested that i use PVC conduit if i plan on burying the line (I do).

Looks like I get to experiment with PVC conduit this week.
