Vita as a brand has been around for 20 years and the parent company, DM industries in Miami, for 30 years so likely able to find parts. I just bought a Reflections, made by the same company as Vita. Don't think they have a 200 series anymore, the upper line is L700 series and the lower line is called L100 which has several models in it which may be similar to what used to be the 200 series.
So can't say much about the particular spa but the company I think is fairly reliable and I think they make a good product (at least I hope so!). Not the biggest manufacturer out there but they are growing I think.
