Luvin has good advice. I saw my demo at a home show. It had no water in it but it had been moved many times. It also had scratches on the side. But the dealer tried to dress them as well as he could. Hey thats why your getting a lower priced unit. My luck I'll hit a rock or dog bone that, that flee bit mutt that sleeps with me every night left in the yard and hit the side of the tub and do some real damage. Thats why they have warranties. Like Luvin said "relax and have a glass of wine in your tub".

the filter(s) and the frog could have been an honest oversight. I would think they'd give you new ones without blinking. The spa being in homeshows doesn't surprise me unless it was conveyed as a "wrapped" leftover.
Good luck.
