Ozone Option 110 vs 220
« on: March 20, 2006, 09:03:13 am »
Hey all.  I have a HS springs jetsetter and I have been debating getting an Ozonater and installing it myself.  It seems like I can get a pretty decent deal online.

My spa can be converted from a 110 to 220 and it is a 110 right now.  When I looked at the Ozonaoters it seems there are two versions depending on how it is wired.

If I buy and Ozonater for my 110 electrical spa will I still be able to upgrade my wiring latter to a 220 and just order some type of new plug or something for the Ozonater.

I hope this make sense.

Thanks,

Like most convertible spas, your Jetsetter only changes the voltage to the heater. The pumps and control system stays 110. So order a 110 volt unit, but be sure to match up the power plug so you can just plug it in to your spa.
