No power to spa
« on: February 09, 2006, 06:07:42 pm »
I've had my Marquis Epic since last Friday and today when I came home my in-home spa monitor was indicating "no spa" which I found out meant no power.  I have reset and checked the breaker at the spa and also the breaker in our main panel.  I called my spa dealer and she said she would get back with me tomorrow regarding the problem.  Any suggestions?

If you checked your display on the control console inside your tub and it is blank keep the cover on if you are in cold weather. Did your GFI trip?

Do you have power at the spa panel?

My husband checked the power going in to the spa with a voltmeter and the spa is getting power but there is no display on the control panel.  I called Marquis and they said it sounded like a bad circuit board.  So I haven't made it a week yet and my waterfall light has blown and now no power.  What next???
