Seinfeld

Tonight I went and saw Jerry Seinfeld's comedy act at the world renouned Fox Theatre here in St. Louis. I haven't laughed that hard in my life. ;D He is truly among the greats in stand-up comedy.
I'm still not sure if it was worth the $90 a seat but I had a great time and I guess that's all that really matters. :D

That seems to be the going rate these days to see anyone who's made a name for themselves.  I'd pay $90 to see Seinfeld.

Performances have gotten very spendy in the last decade or two.  When the Eagles or McCartney tour, they get $200 per seat.
Same with Elton John or Celine Dion in Vegas.  Costs $100 to see Danny Gans at the Mirage (Maybe more by now)- and I didn't even know who he was back then.

Apology grudgingly accepted.  Just lay low on sending us anymore like her for a couple decades, and all will be forgiven in time.

I saw Seinfiled back in the I belive 1990 or so and it was a great show.  I was very impressed as he was one of the few comics that had people rolling in the ailse without doing any off color jokes, swearing or shock humor. He was great.  :)

I know...it's strange how he can make us laugh like that w/o being vulgar. I still like the Chris Rock type more but he still got me out of my seat a few times. ;D

OK, but we also sent Shania Twain and (for the younger ones) Nelly Furtado so that should make up for it ;D ;D
