Hee hee, I used to do that with mfg. (how I got around that, especially w/automotive refinish guys)!!
So glad I don't have to worry about that anymore!!!!!!!!
How I started looking at tubs way back when, I opened the phone book and started calling people & asking the names of the brands they carried! The guy I called who was advertised in the phone book for selling HotSpring had just changed brands to Catalina & was quite hateful on the phone. He lost the sale then and there! I found out who was in my area by checking the various brands mentioned here & using the dealer locator to find the nearest dealer. I then asked lots of questions here!!!
